TICKETING INFORMATION

Admission tickets can be purchased online or in person. Tours of our historic galleries are self-guided and typically take about 90 minutes. Free parking is available behind the building, accessible via 15th Street N. The Passport Cancellation Station is located in the gift shop.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Museum is fully accessible to all visitors. Designated parking spaces and a ground-level entrance near the parking lot are available. Ramps and elevators provide access to the entrance and lobby.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the security station near the parking lot entrance. For assistance, please contact the Ticket Booth staff.

CAPTURING MOMENTS IN TIME

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Noncommercial still and video photography is allowed in the museum and exhibitions unless otherwise noted. Flash photography is prohibited to prevent damage to exhibits.

For the safety of visitors and collections, the use of tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks is not allowed in the museum. This policy helps protect visitors and exhibits, especially during busy times. Visitors are encouraged to take selfies and share their experiences but should leave selfie sticks in their bags.

Working media members needing to use a tripod or monopod must obtain permission from the Gallery Manager and be escorted by museum staff while inside the building.
